SO i wanted to do a post for some time on some of the things im busy with regards to GPU mining.
Over the last few months i've noticed similarities to the times we where mining back in 2014 - 2016. Where this accumulation / non profitable season was taking place. As i always express to my viewers and you guys is that mining is risky and not something you jump straight into if you don't understand it correctly.
So i wanted to share some of the plays i've made that i think will pay off well. First one was to get and accumulate as much BTC (Satoshis) as quick as possible. So i divided my rigs up into two.
Section 1) BTC ( Most profitable )
Here i decided to use mining software like Cudominer/Nicehash. In my case i went with Cudominer . I was a victim on nicehash 2 years back ( THE HACK) and maybe was not in the mood to revisit that relationship.
I wanted to use a piece of software that would auto change and convert straight to BTC for me!
What this means is i dont have to sell the coins on the exchange to BTC.
( Sample of my 1070 single card test)
Now Cudominer is rather new on the scene but i do like there simple interface and stability. I actually got more hash out this software than i did with Nicehash back in the day.
I used there cudominerOS on a USB for most of the rigs. Simple and easy. Then with the AMD i manually enabled the Memory tweaker in Ubuntu to get max out. I will do a video on this in due course.
now note that here can be a risk, you dont mine straight to your wallet but need to pay out to your BTC or coin of choice. ( just like nicehash ). So i just made it a daily thing to pay out to the BTC wallet. That way if the company was to run or close etc i only lost a days mining.
Section 2) ETC/ETH
Here i decided to mine ETC/ETH directly. This was to accumulate a big bag so that when the bull market returns i can really make a dent. This is normally my favorite way of mining. High risk, High Reward.
I tested a number of scripts and tweaks top get maximum hash rate to make the dent. I ended up using HiveOS just to simplify the process of management.

Please feel free to share your journey here. Im going to be posting vids soon on our new projects etc. I will also share all the results in due course.
Running 10 rigs at the moment to see what i can accumulate. Bearing in mind that its not about profitability for me but accumulation for i have the hardware siting there.
